Shipping Policy
At ModesTea, every piece is packaged with care and intention. To provide the most accurate rates and fastest delivery options, shipping is now calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

U.S. Shipping:

  • Standard (3–5 business days): Calculated at checkout

  • Express (1–2 business days): Available at checkout

  • Orders over $75 qualify for free express shipping


International Shipping (Canada & UK):

  • USPS: 7–21 business days (customs fees may apply)

  • DHL Express: 2–5 business days (includes prepaid duties, when applicable)

 

Tracking details will be sent via email once your order ships. Delivery timelines begin after your order has been processed.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love every piece you receive from ModesTea. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve made the return process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Eligibility

  • U.S. Orders: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
     • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
     • No returns or exchanges accepted after 30 days

  • International Orders: All international sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange


How to Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Please use a tracked shipping method for safe delivery

  • ModesTea is not responsible for returns lost in transit

  • Start your return through our online return portal


Refund & Exchange Options

  • Full-priced items: Refund to original payment method (shipping not included)

  • Sale items: Eligible for store credit or exchange only

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error


Processing Time
Please allow 5–7 business days from receipt of your return for us to process your refund, credit, or exchange.
