Shipping Policy
At ModesTea, we believe fashion should be effortless from checkout to your doorstep. That’s why standard shipping is always free.

Domestic (U.S.):
Standard shipping (3–5 business days): Free
Express shipping (1–2 business days): $12.99 at checkout
- Orders $100+ qualify for free express shipping.

International (Canada & UK):
USPS: 7–21 business days (customs fees may apply)
DHL Express: 2–5 business days with prepaid duties

Delivery estimates begin once your order is shipped. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you.

Returns and Exchanges
We recognize the importance of customer satisfaction. If something isn’t right, we’ve made the return process as smooth and transparent as possible.

Eligibility:
U.S. Orders: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- No returns or exchanges beyond 30 days

International Orders: All international sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Use a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery
- ModesTea is not liable for returns lost in transit
- Submit returns via our online return portal

Refund & Exchange Options:
Full-priced items: Refund to original payment method (minus shipping)
Sale items: Eligible for store credit or exchange only
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error

Processing Time:
Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return to process your refund, store credit, or exchange.
